To make this, you’ll want:

2 cups contemporary or frozen blueberries
half of cup pure Canadian maple syrup
2 Tsp contemporary lemon juice
1 cup uncooked cashews, soaked for three hours
2 x 400mL cans full-fat coconut cream
1 Tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract
1 Tbsp vodka (optionally available)
1/four tsp salt
Technique

1. The evening earlier than, put together your ice-cream maker by putting within the freezer, and add the canned coconut cream to the fridge.
