Tofu, Vegetable, and Mushroom Stir-Fry🔥

•1 tablespoon olive oil •1 cup broccoli
•1 cup mushrooms, sliced
•15ozextra agency tofu, chopped into 1-inch cubes (Pressed and drained extra water)
•1 half tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
•2 tablespoons rice vinegar
•1 tablespoon ginger paste
•2 tablespoons garlic chili sauce (or sriracha)
•2 teaspoons arrowroot starch
1️⃣Combine the components for the sauce collectively, then put aside.
2️⃣Set a nonstick skillet on medium-high warmth – throw in tofu cubes to prepare dinner for five to 7 minutes till the sides are brown. (Remember to press tofu and take away extra water first)
3️⃣Add veggies and stir round to coat in oil and so they start to sear. Prepare dinner for an extra Three to five minutes, till the veggies start to melt, however not overcooked.
