🤘SUPERFOOD BALANCE BOWL RECIPE
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook dinner: 15 minutes
Yield: 2-Four servings
Elements: 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 bunch collard greens washed and chopped, Three child bells or 1 massive seeded and chopped, 1 can butter beans drained and rinsed, 1 cup of frozen peas, 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1/Four cup chopped calamata olives, Four tablespoons hemp seeds
Elements:
1. In a wok or massive skillet, fry garlic cloves in 1 teaspoon olive oil till aromatic, then add collard greens and child bell peppers
And cook dinner for five minutes
2. Add half of cup water, butter beans, and frozen peas and cook dinner for 5-7 minutes stirring usually
3. Season with salt and pepper to your tastes.
4. Lastly add in leftover cooked or frozen quinoa and calamata olives and stir effectively. Prime every bowl with hemp seeds.
Alternately, in case you don’t have leftover quinoa, chances are you’ll serve over some freshly cooked quinoa or brown rice.
