Strawberry Hibiscus flower tart 🌺 by nm_meiyee

Three cups entire wheat flour
1/Three cup almond meal
3/Four cup powdered sugar
200g chilly vegan butter
3-Four tbsp chilly almond milk
pinch of salt
2 cups contemporary strawberries
2 canned coconut milk (strong cream)
1/Three cup maple syrup
3/Four cup unsweetened soy milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
2 tsp agar agar powder
2 tsp suncorefoods Hibiscus flower powder ( dissolve in 2 tsp water) .
Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a 12”x 8” tart pan. In a meals processor, add flour, almond meal, powered sugar, salt, pulse till mixed. Then slowly add the butter, pulsing till you get a rough meal. Add chilly milk and pulse till a dough ball varieties. Roll dough into an oblong, then place gently into tart pan. Ornamental prime and edge in desired sample with the remaining dough with flower formed cookie cutters. Bake for 15-18 minutes till crust is golden brown. .
Add strawberries in a blender. Mix right into a puree. Add soy milk, mix it once more. Pressure combination by a mesh sieve.
Place coconut cream in a saucepan and produce to a boil. Then add in agar and cornstarch, whisk till agar is totally dissolved. Stirring consistently. Whisk in strawberry milk combination, maple syrup, vanilla and hibiscus flower. Let it simmer for two minutes.
Flip off the warmth. Pressure combination by a mesh sieve and permit combination to chill to room temperature. Gently pouring into the cooled tart. Place tart within the fridge for two hours to set. Take away tart from the tart tin and garnish with strawberries.❤️
