Recent hen 1kg approx.
three tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5 Medium crimson onions, sliced
½ tsp black mustard seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
2.5 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt or to style
1 tsp chilli powder (Use Kashmiri chilli powder as an alternative for medium spiced curry)
*Complete spices Crushed coarsely (1 clove, 2 cardamom pods, 1″ stick of cinnamon (very small piece) and ½ tsp Fennel /Aniseed)

½ cup Coconut bits (I used coconut milk as an alternative)
½ tsp Crushed black pepper
-Warmth coconut oil in a large pot.
-Add mustard seeds and permit to splutter. Additionally, add fenugreek seeds and permit to simply flip golden. Add Ansie (non-obligatory)
