Smoked tofu and mango salad rolls 🥭

Smoked tofu:

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp stubbsbbqsauce liquid smoke
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
A pinch of pepper

In a bowl combine your marinade components and put aside. Minimize tofu into 1/2” thick sticks. Place within the marinade, toss to coat, cowl, and place within the fridge in a single day.
