1 (450g) block further agency tofu, drained and pressed
1 head broccoli, lower into thumb sized florets
1 crimson bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/four medium crimson onion, roughly chopped
1/four cup uncooked cashews

Sauce
1/four cup soy sauce
half of tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 half of tbsp maple syrup or agave
2 massive cloves garlic, minced
half of inch contemporary ginger, minced
1 scallion, sliced
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cornstarch

Set oven to 400F. In a small sauce pan over medium warmth, add your sauce components and whisk till it simmers and thickens barely, about 2-Three minutes. Take away from warmth and put aside.

In a bowl, break off tofu into chew sized chunks and pour over 2 tbsp of sauce and toss to coat. On a lined baking sheet sprayed with oil add your tofu, broccoli, pepper, cashews and onion and unfold out evenly permitting sufficient house for all the pieces to roast evenly.
