Recipe (makes 3-Four servings)⁣
🌱Noodle elements:⁣
~ 300g [~2 cups] bread flour⁣

🌱Sauce:⁣
~ 1 cup [236ml] veggie inventory⁣
~ 2 tablespoons [30g] soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons mushrooms stir fry sauce, 1 tablespoon chili oil with sediment or toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon darkish soy sauce & a number of dashes of white pepper⁣

✅Tofu crumbles: Pan-fry mashed tofu in a non-stick pan with a teaspoon of oil till dry & crispy by stirring constantly. Season with 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, put aside.⁣
✅Noodles: Combine flour & salt in a bowl. Add water & combine with a spatula till you get a lumpy well-mixed/shaggy dough (if there are dry spots of flour within the bowl, add extra water, 1 tablespoon at a time). Switch the dough onto a cleaned floor & knead till a barely clean high kinds, about 8-10 minutes. The dough is just not smooth however not laborious so that you can deal with both.
