Rooster Corn π½ Soup π₯£ as a result of winter is coming π©π»βπ³

1. Boil 8cups of water in a pot, add 1 Maggi hen inventory dice and produce to boil. Separate 1 cup of inventory for later use.
2. Then add, 250gms hen breast, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 cup chopped spring onion (white half) 2 tbsp ginger and garlic freshly crushed, 1 tbsp black pepper. Combine all, cowl and cook dinner on medium low till the hen is absolutely cooked.
3. Take away the cooked hen, let it cool at room temperature after which shred.
4. In a blender, add 1/2cup water and 1 cup corn kennels. Mix to a paste and add to the soup.
5. Add the shredded hen again within the soup, stir nicely and let it simmer for one more 3-4mins at medium warmth.
6. Combine 2 tbsp cornflour within the 1 cup broth that we separated in step1, add to the soup slowly whereas continuously stirring.
7. Beat 1 egg and add, whereas continuously stirring once more. Add 2 tbsp Soya Sauce and 1/2tbsp white vinegar (non-compulsory)
8. Garnish with inexperienced onion and serve sizzling π
