I believe these cauliflower steaks are going to my new obsession they usually’re really easy to make 👏🏼⁣

Roasted Cauliflower Steaks:⁣
– 1 head of cauliflower (about 600g roughly) ⁣
– 1tsp onion granules ⁣
– 1tsp garlic granules ⁣
– 1/2tsp smoked paprika ⁣
– 2tsp dietary yeast⁣
– olive oil ⁣
– pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds or each (optionally available) ⁣
– crushed sea salt & black pepper⁣
– 1 tbsp contemporary chopped parsley for garnish. ⁣

1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/fuel mark 6. Line a excessive sided baking tray with nonstick baking parchment. ⁣

2. Slice the cauliflower lengthways into thick slices utilizing a big knife, then place them onto the baking tray.⁣

3. Drizzle the cauliflower steaks with a bit olive oil till all sides of the cauliflower steaks are saturated. ⁣
