Rice Water Curry with Rice π

**components**
– 2 Cups New rice
– 6 Cups water
– half of tsp Salt
– three tbsp oil
– 1/four tsp Zeera
– 1 Medium Chopped Onion
– 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
– 1 Medium Chopped Tomatoes
– three Inexperienced Chopped Chillies
– 1 Medium Potatoes minimize into 1 inch items
– 1 bunch chopped Spinach

– 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

**Technique**
– Boil the rice with salt till 80% cooked, then drain the rice and save the rice water.
*Tip: New rice tends to get somewhat sticky, so beneath cook dinner somewhat or add olive oil to the rice after draining.
– In one other pot take three tbsp Oil, add Onions and fry till translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry one other 2-3mins.
– As soon as the onions trun mild brown, add chopped tomatoes, inexperienced chillies and all of the spices. Cook dinner on medium warmth till tomatoes are mushy.
– Add the potatoes and Spinach, fry till the oil seperates. Then add the rice water and cook dinner lined till potatoes are totally accomplished.
