One-Pot Pink Hen Curry! 🥘
Serve it over white rice or with Roti/paratha to absorb all of the sauce 👌🏼

**Prep**
1. Slice 2 giant Pink Onions, and dry roast them in a non stick pan till mild brown. Put aside to chill down for 5mins.
2. Add the roasted onions, 2 medium tomatoes cubed, 1 tbsp Kashmiri purple chili powder, 2-Three tbsp yogurt and half cup water to a blender and mix all substances right into a paste.
3. Add the paste to the pan (similar because the one we used for roasting the onions) and cook dinner for 2-Three minutes.
4. Add 700gms hen to the paste, together with all of the spices and ginger, garlic paste. Combine effectively for 5-6 minutes after which put aside to marinate – 30minutes.
5. Deliver the pan again on the range with medium-high flame, add ghee (non-compulsory) + bay leaf. Cook dinner and produce to boil, then cowl and let the hen cook dinner on low flame till tender.
