500g recent noodles of selection (eg. wheat or rice noodles for GF choice)
1 brown onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb of ginger, finely grated
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
200g agency tofu, lower into chunk sized items
