No-Measuremen Tacos🌮 with hen and bell pepper filling 😍
Put together the filling as you want, with veggies or shredded hen and use your favourite seasoning. I used –

🔶 Cheese Sauce🔶
four tbsp plain flour
50g butter (I used I am unable to belive it is not butter)
100g robust cheddar
Pour the milk into a big saucepan and add the flour and butter. Activate the warmth to medium and begin to whisk the combination. Preserve whisking quick because the butter melts and the combination involves the boil – the flour will disappear and the sauce will start to thicken. Whisk for one more 2 minutes whereas the sauce bubbles then stir within the cheese (or cheeses) till melted.
🔻Tomatoes Coriander Salsa 🔻
approx. 100 grams recent coriander – stalks and all (roughly chopped)
2 Medium tomatoes with out pores and skin
2-Three Inexperienced Chillies (roughly chopped)
Three cloves garlic (peeled and halved)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 – 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
With a stick blender blitz the recent coriander, tomatoes, garlic, chillies, oil and juice of the limes and 1 teaspoon of sea salt flakes till you will have a clean and creamy, flecked sauce. Style to see if you wish to add any extra salt.
Mash your avocados: Add them to a big mixing bowl and mash with a fork or spoon till they attain your required consistency. (I like mine barely chunky, not utterly clean.)
Combine within the remaining substances: Add within the chopped onion, cilantro, tomatoes with lime juice and salt and stir till mixed.
Style and season: Give the combination a style, and season with further salt if wanted.
