🔹Substances 🔹
700gms mutton (washed and cubed)
2 small potatoes reduce into half (elective)

1-2 Black Cardamoms
1 bay leaf
2 Onions finely julienned
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Kashmiri crimson chilli powder
1- 1.5 tsp fennel powder
half tsp dry ginger powder
half cup yogurt (whisked effectively)
1.5 cups water
pinch of saffron (elective)
Salt – to style
half tsp Crimson Chilli Powder (elective for these to favor the spice)
Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
– For Grinding the Masala –
1″ Cinnamon stick
Three cloves
3-Four inexperienced cardamom
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
