More healthy S’mores single serve cookies 🍪

It’s nationwide s’mores day!! And everybody who is aware of me is aware of that s’mores are one among my all time favorites. So in celebration of its day I needed to put a spin on this tenting basic and make a more healthy candy deal with celebrating the basic graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate combo 😋

Three tbsp swervesweetie brown sugar substitute
2 tbsp doniafarms sea salted butter
1 egg yolk
half tsp vanilla extract
1/eight tsp baking soda
1/Four tsp diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
1/Four cup flour
1/Four cup tutti.gourmand no sugar added graham type crumbs
2 tbsp lilys_sweets no sugar added darkish chocolate chips
2 lovemaxsweets sugar free collagen+mct vanilla marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350°f. In a medium bowl soften your butter. Add your brown sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla, whisking to mix. Add in your flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and baking soda stirring with a spatula to completely incorporate. Add in your chocolate chips stirring once more to combine in. Divide into 2 equal potions, and roll every right into a ball. On a parchment lined cookie sheet gently flatten every ball with the palm of your hand till they’re each approx 3/4” thick patties. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Place a marshmallow in the course of every cookie. Place again within the oven, underneath the broiler, till the marshmallow is browned and melted. Take away, enable to chill a couple of minutes, and serve.
