Mediterranean turkey sausage quiche 🥧

1 susgrainable barley flour pie crust (see earlier publish for recipe)
5 lilydalecanada turkey sausages, casing eliminated
5 mushrooms, sliced
2 massive handfuls recent spinach, torn into chunks
Just a few slices of deli honey ham, torn into chunks
70g of low fats feta, chopped
1/four cup sundried tomatoes, diced
1/three cup white cheddar cheese, grated
four eggs
1/2 cup silk cashew milk
1/2 cup oikos_canada 0percentmf plain Greek yogurt
1/four tsp pepper
1/four tsp diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
1/2 tsp dehydrated onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 400°f. Take the pie crust out of the fridge, prick the floor with a fork, line with tin foil, and fill with pie weights. Bake for 15min or until the perimeters are beginning to brown. Take away the tin foil/weights, prick crust with a fork once more, and return to the oven for 5min to barely brown the bottom.
