My first time making it at house and it turned out quiet yum πππΌ

1. In a heavy skillet, add 4tbsp olive oil then cook dinner and stir in 1 medium chopped onion, 2 inexperienced chillies and 1 chopped inexperienced capsicum till onion begins to brown, 3-Four minutes. Then add half tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin powder and blend nicely.
2.Add 500gm hen thighs, stir for 3-5mins then add in all of the spices; 1/Four tsp purple chilli powder, half tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Cajun Spices, 1 tsp paprika powder and 1 tsp contemporary grounded black pepper. Cook dinner on medium-high flame for an additional 3-4mins for the spices to get rosted.
3.Now add 2 Medium chopped tomatoes, stir nicely for an additional 2 minutes. Scale back the flame to low, cowl and let it cook dinner till tomatoes are mushy and the consistency turns into thicker. 5-6mins
4.Stir in 2 cups bulgur. Steadily add Four cups low-sodium broth; carry to a boil over medium warmth. Scale back warmth; add Bay leaf non-compulsory). Cowl and simmer till bulgur is tender, 12-15 minutes.
5.Garnish with dried mint and contemporary coriander.
