Madras Hen 🥘 South-Indian model curry packed stuffed with spices and flavors!

**Directions**
1. Take a pan and add oil in medium flame, add cumin seeds, funnel seeds and dried crimson chilli, when their colour adjustments, add garlic, ginger, inexperienced chillies and curry leaves. When the garlic will get sauted, add onions to it.
2. After the onion is sautéed nicely, add the chopped tomatoes, Combine nicely.
3. Add all of the spices – turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder,bred chilli powder and salt. Sauté nicely for two minutes until it oozes out some oil.
4. Add the rooster and yogurt, preserve it in medium-low flame and blend nicely. Shut it with the lid and don’t add water. Let the rooster cook dinner from the water that rooster oozes out.
5. After 15-20 minutes, it might have been cooked, add some coriander and blend nicely. See if the consistency is nice for you, change off.
Notes
*Don’t add water while you cook dinner rooster. The rooster has to get cooked with the rooster juices itself.
