1 tbsp plain low fats cream cheese
1 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 handful of contemporary spinach
40g sliced salami
75g sliced Black Forest ham
2 slices of crimson onion
2 slices saputo_inc mozzarella fresca
1 flatoutbread sea salt and pepper protein wrap
