Low carb black and blue wrap 🥩🌯
1 100g piece of lean steak
Pepper
Granulated garlic

half a portobello mushroom, sliced
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp recent thyme, minced
1 tsp chosenfoods avocado oil
1 slice of purple onion
1 tbsp blue or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 tumaroswraps carb sensible sundried tomato and basil wrap
1 tbsp low fats ricotta cheese
1 vine tomato, sliced
1 giant handfuls of recent spinach
In a fry pan, over medium warmth, heat the oil. Add the mushrooms, thyme and garlic. Cook dinner until mushrooms are rendered and tender, put aside. In the meantime, season the steak with pepper, granulated garlic, and salt. Grill the steak to your required doneness. Slice the steak and assemble by laying out the wrap, smearing it with the ricotta, topping it with the spinach, onion, tomato, mushrooms, blue cheese, and steak. Wrap shut and serve.
