5 – Eight Rooster items
1 cup White chickpea
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Salt or to style
1 tbsp Crimson chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 cup Tomato puree or finely chopped
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
half of tsp Garam masala
2-Three Inexperienced chilies
7-Eight Curry leaf
5-6 Black Peppercorns
4-5 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin
Inexperienced coriander for garnish
**Technique*
In a pan warmth Three tbsp Canola oil, then add onion and cook dinner till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and blend.
Then add salt, pink chilli powder, turmeric, curry leaf, garam Masala, black cloves, black pepper, cumin and cook dinner for two to three minutes.
Then add tomatoes, hen items and canopy to cook dinner for 10 to 12 minutes. Add water as required and cook dinner for 15 minutes till is cooked correctly.
In the long run add boiled chickpea; cowl it with lid for 10 minutes extra and your dish is prepared.
Garnish with inexperienced chilies, coriander, sliced ginger and server with roghani naan 👩🏻🍳
