​Very Berry Antioxidant Salad with Arugula and Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing  ❤️

Dressing:
Makes 2 cups
Components
6 tablespoons pink wine vinegar
three tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon floor mustard
half of cup avocado oil
1 cup recent or frozen raspberries, thawed
2 teaspoons of poppy seeds
Mix all of the above components besides poppy seeds within the blender for 10 seconds. Add poppy seeds and pulse a few times. Retailer the dressing in glass jar within the fridge for as much as 7 days.
Prepare one bag of natural Arugula in a salad bowl, prime it off with sliced natural berries, avocado, dragon fruit and handful of pepitas and drizzle with the freshly made dressing. Dig in and luxuriate in!
