three tbsp Canola Oil
2 Medium Onions
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 Medium Tomatoes
three Sliced Purple Chillies 🌶
1 tsp Salt or to style
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Purple Chilli Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
half of tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tsp Coriender Powder
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Pinch Saffron
1 tbsp Lemon juice
– Warmth oil in a pan, add onion and fry till translucent, then add ginger garlic paste, cloves and crimson chillies. Fry till onion turns golden brown.
– Add Rooster, together with all of the spices and prepare dinner on medium-high till the the oil seperates.
