The house owners of Frank Miller Lumber are saying modifications to their organizational construction. Miller, Mathias, Maurais Holdings, Inc. was established on January 1, 2023. Frank Miller Lumber and Ghyslain Chocolatier will function as its subsidiaries. Susan Maurais will proceed as chairperson of the board and Steve James will proceed his function as president and CEO.
“We’re excited to convey the management values and the corporate tradition that now we have established at Frank Miller Lumber and mix that with the wonderful product line-up at each firms. That is simply an evolution of the place we’re as a household and an organization,” said Maurais.
James added, “We have now two nice firms, and I’m excited to have our management group engaged at each firms. Our firm tradition is extraordinary, and we will’t wait to see what the longer term holds.”
In line with the corporate’s web site, Frank Miller Lumber has been a family-run enterprise for greater than a century, repeatedly working at its 20-acre founding location in Union Metropolis, Indiana. The corporate specializes within the manufacture of quartersawn hardwood lumber, with the majority of its manufacturing in white and crimson oak.
