2 complete wheat flat breads
half of block natural tempeh
half of cup pinto beans
1/three cup pineapple salsa
1 cup chopped kale
1/four cup vegan cheese
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/four cup pineapple

Grind up tempeh (I used a mini meals processor) to attain a minced texture and chop up kale and pineapple.
Add tempeh, taco seasoning and salsa (when you don’t have pineapple salsa, another type will work as effectively 😊) to a non stick pan and prepare dinner for a couple of minutes on medium to excessive warmth. Stir in pinto beans, kale and pineapple.
Break up vegan cheese and tempeh combination onto one half of every flatbread, flip the opposite aspect over and bake in a non stick pan on either side (medium warmth) till golden brown.
Serve with slightly bit of additional salsa or scorching sauce and revel in😍
