Elote (Mexican road corn) Greek yogurt dip 🌽

3/four cup oikos_canada 0percentmf plain Greek yogurt
1 1/four tsp chili powder
3/four tsp cumin
1/Three tsp diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
1/four tsp smoked paprika
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp contemporary lime juice
1/2 cup corn on the cob

Toppings:
1/four of a jalapeño diced
2 tbsp diced contemporary cilantro
2 tbsp chopped feta cheese

Peel your corn and grill in your bbq over medium warmth till the corn is cooked and begins to char. Permit your corn to chill after which lie off the cob. In a bowl combine your corn together with the remaining dip components. This may be made in a single day and refrigerated till able to serve. When able to serve high with jalapeño, cilantro, and feta. Serve along with your favourite chip or cracker (I used thelakevillagebakery contemporary baked sourdough crackers).
