Eggs Benedict nourish bowl 🍳

On the lookout for the flavours and luxury of an excellent eggs benny but in addition a punch of veggies? This nourish bowl checks all these packing containers and it may be meal prepped to be eaten chilly or reheated when able to serve.

Three Brussels sprouts, halved
1/Three cup butternut squash minimize into half” chunks
four mushrooms, quartered
four stalks of asparagus, minimize into thirds
1/Three cup broccoli, minimize into florets
chosenfoods avocado oil
1/eight tsp chili powder
A pinch of smoked paprika
diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
Pepper
Dehydrated onion powder
Granulated garlic powder

1 egg, poached
1 slice of purple onion
1 handful recent spinach
four slices of deli Black Forest ham
1/four of an avocado, peeled and sliced
2-Three tbsp primalkitchenfoods cashew butter hollandaise sauce

Pre-heat the oven to 425°f. In a big bowl toss the sprouts, broccoli, and mushrooms with a drizzle of oil, and 1/eight tsp onion, 1/eight tsp garlic, salt, and pepper tossing to evenly coat. In a second bowl toss the squash with a drizzle of oil, paprika, and chili powder tossing to evenly coat. And in a 3rd bowl toss the asparagus with oil, salt, pepper, a pinch of onion, and garlic. On a big parchment lined cookie sheet unfold out the sprouts, mushrooms, and broccoli (reserve the squash and asparagus for later). Bake for 10 min. Pull out of the oven, flip the veggies, and add the asparagus/squash. Proceed to bake one other 10 min. In the meantime, poach the egg. When able to serve place the spinach on a plate and prime with the roasted veggies, onions, sliced avocado, ham, and the egg. In a small bowl microwave the hollandaise for 20-30 sec. Stir and drizzle on prime of the egg. Slice the egg to launch the yolk and stir the bowl to evenly coat with sauce/yolk.
