These buns are topped with a rice flour coating (swipe to see it) that bakes up extremely crisp and crackled making for bread rolls which can be each lovely and scrumptious!

Yields: eight buns
375g (12,75 oz /three cups) all objective flour
60g (2 oz) entire grain spelt flour
