DUI Accident Killed 1 & Injured three in Yamhill County, OR

Yamhill County, Oregon (OR) – On September 17, 2022, Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency crews reacted to a single car accident on Freeway 221 near milepost 11 at about 11:14 a.m.

In line with preliminary findings, a northbound Chevrolet Malibu pushed by Javier De Jesus Antonio, 31-year-old of Salem, veered onto the shoulder of the highway whereas trying to barter a curve and misplaced management of the car. The automobile slipped throughout the southbound lanes and collided with a number of timber.

Occupants of the Chevrolet:
Brando Segundo De Jesus, 21-year-old, suffered crucial accidents after being flown out of the automobile and was declared useless.
Each Amador Alvaro, a 25-year-old from Salem, and Adolfo Xicalhua-Xicalhua, a 20-year-old from Salem, had been taken to space hospitals with crucial accidents.
Gerardo De Santos, a 28-year-old from Salem, was unhurt and was taken away from the incident.

Javier De Jesus Antonio was detained and charged with DUII-Alcohol, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering X4, Coercion, Assault III X2, and Manslaughter 2. A BAC of.13% was obtained 4 hours following the collision. Freeway 221 was closed for about 6 hours.
