Yamhill County, Oregon (OR) – On September 21, 2022, At 5:55 p.m., Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency crews reacted to a two-vehicle collision on Hwy 219 near milepost 16.
Based on preliminary investigations, a black Buell motorbike pushed by Rylie Carlberg 47-year-old of Cornelius was shifting southbound when she misplaced management for unclear causes and was struck by a northbound van pushed by Jose Valverde Ortiz, 41-year-old, of Beaverton.
Carlberg died on account of his accidents. Jose Valverde Ortiz and his occupants, Carlos Savedrra, 38-year-old, and Abel Valverde Ortiz, 34-year-old, of Beaverton, had been all unhurt.
Freeway 219 was blocked for 4 hours from Bald Peak Street to Mountain Prime Street.
