1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp oikos_canada 0percentmf plain Greek yogurt
1/four tsp siracha (or extra should you desire spice)
1/four avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
1/four sheet of nori, crumbled
6 cooked prawns, peeled

Prepare dinner the cauliflower rice ing the package deal instructions, put aside to chill. When able to serve, pour the vinegar into the cauliflower rice, stirring to coat. In a second bowl combine the yogurt and siracha. Taking a melon baller or spoon, scoop the seeds out of the cucumber halves (tip: save and freeze the leftover seeds…they’re nice added to smoothies!).
