2 tbsp floor flaxseed
6 tbsp chilly water
half of cup vegan margarine
half of cup mild brown sugar
half of cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vegan purple meals colouring
1 cup darkish chocolate
1 cup plain flour
half of tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder

half of cup veg marg
1 cup icing sugar
three tbsp soya milk

Preheat oven to 180•c and line a small sq. baking tin with paper. Combine flaxseed with water, go away for a couple of minutes to type a gel. Gently soften chocolate in a bowl over a small pan of simmering water. Take away from the warmth and put aside.
Add margarine, sugars and vanilla extract to a bowl and beat till actually easy and creamy – use a stand mixer, hand mixer or picket spoon! Add in melted chocolate, flax egg, meals colouring and blend effectively till easy.
Sift plain flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder to the bowl and blend briefly simply to mix, till no extra lumps of flour are seen. Pour into ready tin and bake for 30 minutes, till the highest is agency and the brownie is beginning to come away from the perimeters of the tin. Enable to chill.
Add margarine, icing sugar and vanilla extract to a bowl and beat effectively till mild and fluffy. Add in soya milk tbsp at a time, till easy and creamy, you could not want all of it. Unfold on high of the cooled brownie and minimize into squares to serve.
