Crust ⁣

1 cup soy milk *240g ⁣
1 can full fats coconut milk 400g ⁣
1 espresso shot about 60g ⁣
(or 2 tsp on the spot espresso with 1/four cup water) ⁣
1/four cup coconut sugar *50g ⁣
1/four cup cocoa powder *27g ⁣
(dissolved in 1/four cup water)⁣
1 tsp agar agar powder ⁣
150g darkish chocolate ⁣

Chocolate & Espresso layer ⁣
400g full fats coconut milk ⁣
1/four cup cocoa powder *27g ⁣
1/four cup coconut sugar *50g ⁣
four tsp on the spot espresso powder ⁣
60g darkish chocolate ⁣
half of tsp agar agar powder ⁣


400g full fats coconut milk ⁣
1/eight cup cocoa powder *13.5g ⁣
1/four cup coconut sugar *50g ⁣
three tsp on the spot espresso powder ⁣
30g darkish chocolate ⁣
half of tsp agar agar powder ⁣
