– Add in finely chopped cilantro stalks of 1 bunch of cilantro together with 2 cans of rinsed & drained kidney beans, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, half cup roasted corn, and a pair of cans diced tomatoes. Refill the two cans of diced tomatoes with water and pour into the chili. Add in 1 tbsp of tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes.
– Add the roasted candy potatoes to the chili and style for seasoning.
– Serve up and luxuriate in!
