Blueberry, white chocolate, breakfast “cookies”🫐🍌

Dry elements:
1/four cup oat flour
1/four cup roasted pumpkin seeds
Three tbsp manitobaharvest hemp hearts
1 tbsp pranaorganic chia seeds
A beneficiant pinch of diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups oats

Moist elements:
1/2 a mashed banana (approx 1/four cup) – can sub applesauce or sugar free maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/four cup pure peanut butter

Add ins:
3/four cup recent blueberries
1/four cup lilys_sweets no sugar added white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°f. In a medium bowl combine all or your dry elements to evenly incorporate. With a spatula combine your moist elements into the dry. Pour in your add ins and gently fold into the batter. With a big ice cream scoop place balls of dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. With damp arms (to forestall sticking) press every ball right into a cookie form. Bake for 17 minutes. Enable cookies to chill for 10min on the cookie sheet.
