Beef and veggie enchilada 🍅🥩
1 lbs additional lean floor beef
1/2 an onion, diced
three cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp diamondcrystalsalt kosher salt
1/Four tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
1 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced into 1/4” slices
1/2 cup sharp white cheese, grated
2 tbsp recent cilantro, diced
1 bundle tumaroswraps carb smart wraps
1 jar sietefoods crimson enchilada sauce
2 handfuls of recent spinach
1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
Optionally available toppings:
1/2 an avocado, sliced
1/Four cup low fats feta cheese
2 tbsp recent cilantro, diced
Preheat the oven to 375°f. In a big skillet, over med warmth, add the onions. Cook dinner until translucent, add the garlic, and prepare dinner one other min. Add the meat and mushrooms.
