Bakarkhani or BaqarKhani (Urdu: باقرخانی) scrumptious breakfast bread. When made with puff pastry, it has a crispy and flaky texture. Goes very well soaked in a scorching cup of Chai ☕

**Substances**
– 500 grm, puff pastry dough
– 1 Egg 🥚

**Technique**
– Roll down puff pastry and lower lengthy strips.
Take every strip, roll down and make a swirl like form.
– Brush it with egg wash and bake at 200c for 10 minutes then 150c for 15 to 20 minutes.
– Bakarkhani is prepared 💜👩🏻🍳
