Makes: 6 massive bars (per bar: Cal: 268, P: 13g, F: 12g, C: 27g)
INGREDIENTS:
Cookie dough:
✅ 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (~ 1 1/Four cups drained content material)
✅ 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of selection)
✅ 1/2 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
✅ 2 tablespoons maple syrup (I used sugar-free)
✅ 1-2 tablespoons of water
✅ 1/Four cup dairy-free choc chips
Choc coating:
✅ 1 cup dairy-free choc chips, melted

METHOD:
1. Line a container with non-stick paper (mine was 8x 15cm)
2. Make the COOKIE DOUGH: In a meals processor, add all of the components for the cookie dough aside from the chip chips. Mix till till a cookie dough consistency. Stir within the choc chips. Press the cookie dough into the lined container. Place within the freezer in a single day to agency up.
3. Slice the slab into 6 logs.
4. CHOC COATING: Soften the chocolate and coat every bar in it. *Non-obligatory: sprinkle chopped nuts excessive
5. Return to the freezer to let the chocolate set
*Storage suggestions: within the fridge for as much as 1 week or within the freezer for months, permitting it to thaw at room temp for five minutes previous to consuming
