** Substances**
500 gm boneless rooster (reduce into skinny strips)
1 giant purple onion julienne
2 tbsp olive oil
2 inexperienced chillies
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Salt as per style
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika or crushed purple pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
250gm – Bell pepper julienne (inexperienced, purple or yellow)

**Methodology**
– In a wok or huge pan warmth oil, add onions and fry till translucent (don’t brown)
– Add minced garlic and bloom, then add inexperienced chillies, rooster and fry on medium excessive for 5-7 minutes.
– Add bell pepper and fry one other 5 minutes, stir continuously.
– Add salt, black pepper. Cowl and cook dinner for 15 min.
– Add soy sauce (low sodium) cook dinner for one more 2 minutes – non-obligatory, skip soya sauce should you want to not add it.
