1️⃣ Right here’s a fast + simple recipe for the weekend from nadiashealthykitchen 🙃😋 Who’s going to be attempting this one this weekend 🙋🏻‍♀️

2️⃣ Vegan Cookie Dough Magnums 🍪🍦❄️ from the fantastic thetastyk —•—Elements—•—
Cookie Dough:
Four Tbsps peanut butter
2 Tbsps maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract/powder
1 cup almond flour (you can also make your personal by mixing blanched almonds)
2 Tbsps dairy-free chocolate chips (for a refined sugar-free model substitute with cacao nibs)
pinch of salt
Cream Filling:
½ cup uncooked cashews, soaked in a single day (or a minimum of 6 hours)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup coconut cream (full fats – solely the agency half)
½ tsp vanilla extract/powder
80gr iChoc basic chocolate or darkish vegan chocolate
1.For the cookie dough – mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup in a bowl and whisk collectively. Add within the remaining components and mix till you may type a sticky/oily cook dinner dough bowl along with your palms.
