its so lovely!!! I like colors and there are my berries excellent 👌⠀
For the crepes:⠀
♡ 200 g all goal flour⠀
♡ Three tbsp unrefined brown sugar⠀
♡ a pinch of salt⠀
♡ seeds from a vanilla bean⠀
♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
♡ 350 ml plant-based milk⠀
♡ 20 ml melted coconut oil⠀
In a big bowl add flour, salt, sugar and the vanilla seeds. Whisk a bit of bit, then add within the milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Whisk to include all of the substances. Let the batter relaxation for five minutes. Warmth up a nonstick pan (mine had 10 cm diameter) and begin cooking your crepes till all of the batter is gone. Allow them to cool.⠀
For the filling:⠀
♡ 350 g vegan cream cheese⠀
♡ Four tbsp agave syrup⠀
♡ 150 g contemporary strawberries⠀
♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
Wash the strawberries, take away the stem and reduce them into very small items. In a bowl whisk cream cheese, agave syrup and the vanilla extract till the cheese softens. Add within the strawberries and incorporate them with a spatula.⠀
To assemble the cake:⠀
Place one crepe on a serving dish and unfold over it a skinny layer of strawberry cream cheese filling. Place one other crepe and prime and unfold cheese filling on it as properly. Proceed like so till you employ all of the crepes. The final layer must be cream cheese. Adorn the cake as you would like, then place it within the fridge to agency up for just a few hours.⠀
